National Pancake Day
Hey all make sure to check out National Pancake Day on Tuesday Feb. 3rd from 7 AM to 10AM where you can get one free short stack (three) of their famous pancakes!! Happy eating!

YMCA CLASSES
Hey Ladies, here are the following classes I thought we could start out with, and go from there. Again if you all have any ideas, or other classes you would like to attend please let me know, because we can always change it!! I figured with most of the comments so far Tuesday and Thursday nights are what we are headed towards. I know some of you wanted Mornings as well so here is the plan:
Tuesday mornings at 9:45 there is a X-biking class that comes highly recommended! If you are a first timer you have to be there by 9:30 to set up the bike to your preferences.
Thursday Nights at 6:40 we will do Rebound which is the class with mini trampolines, and if you want you can stay afterwards for the abs class called Killercore.
I will be out of town until March 13th so whoever wants to go ahead and start, GO FOR IT!:) I will for sure be there starting Tuesday morning March 17th and on Thursday night as well. I am super pumped!
Again if anyone has other classes they are going to check out, or just to do some regular cardio and/or weightlifting, PLEASE make a comment. There is nothing better than somebody else going with you because than you HAVE to go:)
